What is not allowed?

    • You are not allowed to fly near an airport as a rule. 'Near' in this case means less than 1.5 kilometres from the airport fence.

    • You are not allowed to fly in the control zone without a clearance from the control tower.

    • You are not allowed to fly above groups of people, hospitals, nuclear power plants, nature reserves, embassies, consulates, scenes where the police or rescue services are operating, industrial facilities, Federal roads, Federal waterways, prisons or military facilities.

    • You are not allowed to fly above 100m as a rule.

    • You are not allowed to fly while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

    • You are not allowed to take photographs or videos of people without their permission.

    • You are not allowed to fly at night without lighting.

    • You are not allowed to operate without getting the permission of the landowner.
