Customers The customers of the Air Navigation Services Academy include ANS organisations, regional airports and airlines. Qualified and motivated employees are the driving force behind every successful and efficient company. This is why it is becoming increasingly important to train and promote each individual in line with specific goals and strategies. The Air Navigation Services Academy offers its customers the opportunity to use its products and services for the initial and advanced training of their employees. Both German and international air transport organisations and airlines can avail of the training offer in various fields of the air navigation services. We aim to satisfy our internal and external customers, and we consider this aim achieved when our customers are able to apply the benefits gained in the training to their daily activities. Our customers include staff from various DFS departments, the German Bundeswehr, regional airports in Germany, and also from international air navigation services organisations and airlines: ENAV S.P.A., Italien Croatia Control Ltd.
