Thanks to their technical know-how and experience in operations, DFS experts have developed future-oriented air traffic control solutions in the past few years: the “PHOENIX tower automation suite” and the “Advanced Arrival Management System”.
The PHOENIX tower automation suite features a set of integrated ATC automation systems which can be combined and tailored to any specific air traffic control environment – in large and small towers anywhere in the world. The PHOENIX Tower automation suite consists of the multi-sensor data fusion system "PHOENIX" which displays the situation in the air and on the ground, integrated safety net functions, the DFS flight data processing system as well as a freely configurable position logging system (PoLo).
The Advanced Arrival Management System is a modular and generic real-time arrival management system providing continuously optimised arrival sequencing for airports.
