FACTS AND FIGURES
In a typical year, DFS purchases goods and services for about EUR 100 million. Disregarding spares, a total volume of EUR 48 million is procured.
We spend 46 percent of the procurement volume on ATC systems, i.e. IT systems in the areas of communications, surveillance, air traffic control and simulators.
Services, and especially consultancy services, account for 27 percent of the procurement volume. Sixteen percent of the procurement volume is spent on construction and buildings. The remaining 11 percent is spent on equipment and commodities.
