AIRFIELD GUIDE Europe - DFS presents two new publications

With the AIRFIELD GUIDE Spain and the AIRFIELD GUIDE Netherlands, DFS presents two new publications of the AIRFIELD GUIDE Europe series. DFS now covers twelve European countries. Each AIRFIELD GUIDE comprises a variety of visual operation and aerodrome charts for tourist locations and other destinations of interest to VFR pilots. The loose-leaf collections have the same structure as the AIRFIELD GUIDEs already published and are presented in the familiar layout of the German AIP VFR.

“The aim of the AIRFIELD GUIDE Europe series is to offer our customers harmonised aeronautical charts of European countries in the design of the German AIP VFR” says Frank Brenner, Director Aeronautical Data Management at DFS.

The AIRFIELD GUIDE Spain comprises charts and all information necessary for VFR pilots on 43 interesting aerodromes, both in English and Spanish, and is available at € 29.90. The AIRFIELD GUIDE Netherlands comprises charts and all information necessary for VFR pilots on ten interesting aerodromes. It will appear in a German and English version at the end of July 2006 at a price of € 19.90.

Our AIRFIELD GUIDE Europe Series may be ordered directly at our AIS-C hotline under +49 69 78072-540 around the clock, seven days a week, or from our distributors of aeronautical products.

In addition, the new AIRFIELD GUIDEs are available for download in a twelve months’ subscription under www.airfield-guide.com at a price of € 29.90 (AIRFIELD GUIDE Spain) or € 19.90 (AIRFIELD GUIDE Netherlands).
