Our objective is to ensure customer satisfaction DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH is a modern service provider. One of its key aims is to ensure customer satisfaction. To meet the demands and requests of DFS customers and to be there to listen to their problems and concerns – that's the purpose of the Customer Relations Management department. In addition, the department handles complaints and conducts customer surveys on a regular basis with the aim to even further enhance the high-quality services performed by DFS.
